Q.Will this item work on a .....?
A. We state everything we know about an item in the auction. Some gaskets, cables and other items do not state years so we assume they will fit all but we cannot guarantee they will. All of the items we sell are brand new unless otherwise stated in the description. It is up to you to decide if the part will work for you.
Q.Do you combine shipping?
A. We can combine shipping but it depends on what you are buying. Some items simply cannot be shipped together.
Bid on or use buy it now on what you want and we will send you a combined invoice.
You must pay for all items at the same time in the same payment to receive combined shipping.
Some of the time you will have to pay full shipping on the item with the highest priced shipping plus shipping minus 4.00 for each additional item you buy. This is just an example. Please wait for us to send you a combined invoice before you pay.
Q.Will these extended cables work on a stock bike?
A. We cannot get cable sets without extended cables. The extended cables will
work on stock bikes but the cables will hang out a little more. This can
easily be solved with the use of some zip ties.
Do you have a bolt set for my bike?
All of our bolt sets are generic sets that will fit many different bikes. In other words they are not meant for any specific bike but will work for most.
Are these bolts Stainless, Chrome, or Hardened?
We do not sell hardened or chrome bolts at this time. All of the bolts we sell are 8.8 grade steel or better. Most of them are zinc plated which can help protect against rust but will not prevent it completely. Our 50pc bolt set is the only set made with stainless steel.
Q.What is NOS?
A. This is the acronym for "New Old Stock". It is mainly a retailer's term for any stocked item which is either A: out of production; B: discontinued from the current line of product; C: has been sitting on a stockroom or warehouse shelf for some time; or D: any combination of the above. The only constant here is that the product is unused. Actually, Unused Old Stock is a better term, but trying to say the word "UOS" proved to be too difficult!
Q.Why is the shipping so high ?
A. The shipping and handling price is not only shipping but the handling cost of us to sort, pick, pack, and the cost of materials used to ship. The price is not negotiable. Look at the price of the auction as the final price plus shipping then make a decision.

A. You can reach us at 740-522-8875. Although the best way to reach us is by email as we work sporaic hours because we are always searching for new deals and most of the time we have to do this during daytime hours.

Q.What is the length of this cable?
A. Do to the large number of cables we cannot measure each and every one. We normally state if the cable is extended or not if it is extended then the length will be the extension size plus the stock length.
Q.Do you have anymore of this item?
A. Most of the items we sell we have a good quantity of in stock.If you want to buy two or more at the same time email us and we will relist another or add it to your order. Be sure to give us your auction number. If it just sold and you did not win then we will relist soon if we have more. Please check back later.
Q.Can we call and give you a credit card over the phone?
A. Sorry, we can only take credit cards through Paypal. If you don't like or use paypal, we do accept money orders.
Q.Do you have this part for this bike?
A. We list everything we have on ebay or on my web site .If you can't find it then we don't have it yet. Please check back later as we do get new parts in all of the time. Sorry we do not take special requests.
